Job Description: We are looking for a skilled Estimator to join Zoom Drain to lead our excavations department. This candidates primary role will be focusing on building accurate quotes for excavations and drain line spot repairs. This base-plus-commission role (OTE $100,000) also involves performing basic plumbing tasks during the day between big projects. The ideal candidate has 4 years of plumbing experience, can quickly prepare estimates, and excels at teaching others in person and over the phone. Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and submit accurate and timely quotes for excavation and drain line spot repairs
Collaborate with team members to assess project scopes and determine costs
Teach and train team members on estimating and plumbing techniques, in person and over the phone
Manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines efficiently
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fittings, and fixtures as needed
Inspect and test plumbing systems to identify issues and ensure compliance with local codes and regulations.
Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing problems, providing effective solutions.
Collaborate with contractors, builders, and other team members to ensure plumbing systems are installed correctly.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Provide excellent customer service, addressing client concerns and questions professionally.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a plumber in residential, commercial, or industrial settings.
4 years of experience in Service (minimum)
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and equipment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good physical condition and the ability to work in various environments (e.g., heights, confined spaces).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Valid driver’s license.

Salary Expectation:

On Target Total Earnings $95,000-$105,000/year+ base + commission.
