Zoom Drain Phoenix is a fast-growing sewer and drain company with a simple mission: be the first call when drains don’t work. We are building a team of experienced, driven plumbers and drain techs who want consistent work, strong earning potential, and a clear path to grow. This is a role for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well with customers, and wants to be part of a team that executes at a high level.

You will be equipped with the specialty tools needed to do the job right, while working within structured systems that eliminate chaos and help you focus on production and service quality.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and service residential and commercial drain issues

• Operate jetters, drain machines, camera systems, and locators

• Deliver clean, professional service and communicate clearly with customers

• Accurately document jobs and collect payment onsite

• Maintain tools, equipment, and company standards

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year experience in drain service, plumbing, or related field

• Comfortable with hydro-jetting, snaking, and camera inspections

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in crawl spaces, rooftops, and tight areas

• Strong communicator who is reliable, honest, and customer-focused

• Willing to work some evenings/weekends on a rotating schedule
